MikeBaglieri operates Pickup Crew, a school-pickup scheduling and notification service for invited family members.
Information Pickup Crew uses
Pickup Crew may collect a recipient’s name, mobile number, relationship to the family, SMS consent record, message content, message delivery information, and pickup scheduling information. Pickup details may include a child’s first name, pickup date, time, location, and assigned family member.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate, secure, and support Pickup Crew’s family pickup coordination and related text messaging. The private dashboard is password protected. Information is retained while needed for scheduling, safety, message history, and legal compliance.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers, such as messaging and hosting vendors, only as needed to operate and secure Pickup Crew.
Pickup Crew sends recurring, non-marketing school-pickup notifications. Message frequency varies with the family schedule and is typically one to four messages per scheduled pickup. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS participation is optional. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Declining or revoking SMS consent does not prevent a family member from using non-SMS scheduling features.
Choices and requests
Recipients may ask the family account owner to update or remove their information. They may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a Pickup Crew message.
